Hot Yoga

Yoga provides kids (6-12 years) with a variety of yoga tools that they can use throughout their lives. We learn to stretch our bodies in new , fun & creative ways. Through yoga poses, games & activities,  this class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach mindfulness, focus, relaxation and self-control. This class also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self, inside and out.

Flossy Yoga Flow

Intelligently designed to build strength and flexibility, students are exposed to a variety of poses, including advanced postures, arm balances and inversions, coupled with breathwork, inspiration, healing and grace interspersed throughout.  Challenge yourself physically and mentally in a room heated to 90 degrees. Expect to leave sweaty, detoxified and blissed out.


Level 1 and Gentle Hot Yoga are for beginners, where as Level 2 and Level 2/3 are for seasoned yogis and those seeking an advanced practice.

An innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in all forms of dance. It uses ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels. PBT helps teachers around the world prepare their students to receive the strength they need to achieve their personal best.

The program helps with injury prevention and rehabilitation, and enhances the ability of athletes to perform at their best. With the use of an exercise ball, students gain a great sense of posture and weight-placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group working throughout each exercise.

PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement and alignment of the body. PBT is not only a program to improve technique in ballet dancers, it is now being appreciated and incorporated in training by all forms of dancers, athletes, physiotherapists and even footballers!

A vinyasa class for early risers that includes alignment-based asana, deep stretches and restorative relaxation... What better way to start your day?


The room is not heated and all levels are welcome.

A 60-minute morning yoga class that is perfect for both beginners as well as seasoned yogis. Students can anticipate a guided flow, accessible stretches and a few minutes of breathwork and/or meditation to help you feel grounded, limber and energized at the start of your day.

​ ​Controlled exercises systemized to engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. This class blends pilates with cardio & core mat work.

Yoga Ball Sculpt aka Progressing Ballet Technique (P.B.T.)

Class will begin with a basic gentle flow and then will focus on developing a particular pose(s) by exploring the use of different props and various techniques that will gradually increase range of motion needed to achieve a full expression of the pose.

Catered to be accessible during pregnancy for a customized, soothing yoga flow. Note that this class is not limited to pregnant women, and is perfect for beginners and anyone looking for a gentle flow to start their morning. Yoga poses and stretches will include vinyasa-style to stretch and lightly strengthen the body, as well as restorative poses aimed to relax and ease your body and mind.

Yin Yoga

Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga. 

If you can sit, kneel, or stand--you can enjoy paddleboarding. If you would like to be courageous and present in your body in the moment, come try yoga on a paddleboard. All fitness levels and experience welcome!

Class will include gentle stretches and easy movement before you are lulled into a tranquil inner retreat. Great for calming the nervous system and releasing tension. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that increases relaxation and promotes a sense of calm. While you are being guided through the calming Yoga Nidra practice, Reiki will be available to anyone interested. Yoga nidra is a meditative practice that brings you to a state of deep relaxation and then allows you to become increasingly aware of your body and inner landscape.

This class is a fusion of everything nurturing and will be molded around the students who attend that day.  A blend of slow flow, reiki healing, restorative and sound healing will possibly be on the menu. Prepare to pamper, mend and balance your body, mind and spirit.

Soundbath

A beautiful combination of chakra-balancing restorative yoga, guided meditation and sound healing to finish your week with complete relaxation, improving your sleep so you can begin the week refreshed. Alternating indoor and outdoor options, so please dress accordingly in layers (we will provide blankets).

This class will assist you in finding specific places in your body where your muscles have imbalances of flexibility, which tend to affect overall mobility. This can be due to the fascia needing to be released. Addressing them from a yogic perspective, movements will allow the muscle to simultaneously contract and elongate, also will use techniques and props to target acupressure points that are relevant to the 12 meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine to promote overall wellness and increased mobility. 

​​​Fuses strength conditioning & ballet. You get a total body workout as you lift, tone, and sculpt muscles through isometric holds and movements, focusing on proper alignment and form. The instructor will target each muscle group and then stretch those muscles in a way to promote long and lean growth. Suitable for every fitness level, modifications and adjustments are made to challenge everyone safely. 

 Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and deep breaths for a stretch that gets right into the muscle fibers. Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time.  Long yin yoga holds are also known to release repressed or stored emotions, leaving the yogi feeling lighter, clearer and completely relaxed. Yin yoga is an excellent practice for beginners.
